Delivery and Returns

 

We are a small, friendly company that puts great store by providing each of our Customers with the level of support and service that has become our trademark.

 

We value your custom and aim (but do not guarantee) to deliver your order within 48 hours.

 

Orders received by us before 2:00pm Monday through to Thursday are normally delivered Next Working Day.

 

Orders placed on Fridays after 2:00pm and over a weekend will be not be processed until the following Monday unless we have to take into account a Bank Holiday, in which case the order process will be deferred to the next available business day.

 

 

Delivery Destinations

 

We can deliver to all mainland UK destinations; however, please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses

 

 

Delivery Costs

 

Where we charge separately for packing, carriage, insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are shown via our online checkout process.

 

Delivery is FREE of charge on all orders over £50 (ex VAT).

 

On orders under £50 (ex VAT) we charge £7.95 per individual order received.

 

 

Delivery of Furniture, heavy and oversized items

 

Not all of our office products fit neatly into a box, which is why we need to use different methods of delivery for our Furniture, heavy and oversized products which may be subject to extended delivery times and will include a delivery surcharge.

Please see below additional per shipment charges for larger products:

 

Furniture - Chair (up to 3 units max) £18.50

Furniture - Desk, Table, Mixed and Storage   £18.50

Oversized product (noticeboards etc.)  £15.00

 

 

Taking delivery

 

Our carrier partners will require a signature upon delivery so please ensure someone is available. This is why we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

 

If no-one is available our carrier will leave a card advising that your order has been taken back to the depot and delivery will be attempted again the next working day.  After two failed attempts the goods will be returned to our warehouse.  If this occurs any carriage charge that has been paid will not be refunded.  Unfortunately, whilst we understand you don’t want to incur extra cost, if the goods are requested to be despatched again, a further delivery charge will be made and payment must be received before the goods are despatched.

 

 

What if there’s a problem with my delivery when it arrives?

 

Whilst we try our best to ensure there are no problems with your delivery, there will always be times where things don’t go as they should. We would therefore appreciate your assistance in helping us to minimalise any delivery related problems by contacting us.

 

Please contact us within:

 

24 hours of delivery:     If a product you’ve ordered doesn’t turn up with your order and we haven’t informed you.

 

48 hours of delivery:     If we’ve sent you an incorrect item.

 

48 hours of delivery:     For any item that may have arrived damaged.

 

14 days of delivery:      If you are not completely satisfied with the product.
